Southwest Alaska Snow Crab Platter
- 18 (1 ½ lbs) Alaska Snow Crab Claws thawed if necessary
- Tortilla chips
- Raw vegetables
- Cilantro-Citrus Dipping Sauce
Steam or microwave cocktail claws 4 minutes until heated through. Chill if desired. Arrange hot or cold Alaska Snow Crab Claws on a platter with chips, vegetables, and bowls of salsa and cilantro-Citrus Dipping Sauce.
SALSA: mix together 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions, 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro, ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp hot pepper sauce, or to taste.
CILANTRO-CITRUS DIPPING SAUCE: Whisk together ½ cup orange juice, ¼ cup lime juice, 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 clove pressed garlic, 1 ½ tsp chopped cilantro and ½ tsp red pepper flakes
