Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Nests
- 4 sheets of Filo dough
- ½ stick of melted butter
- ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced very thinly
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup smoked Alaskan salmon plus a small amount for garnish
Layout each sheet of Filo, brush with melted butter and continuously stack them on each other. Cut into squares and stuff into large muffin cups to form shells. Bake according to manufacturers’ directions. Remove from the oven and let cool. Mix together cucumber, sour cream, and smoked salmon. Fill shells with filling and garnish with remaining smoked salmon.
