  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
  • 8 oz smoked Alaskan salmon cut into strips
  • Parsley and tomatoes for garnish

Directions

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and paprika. Spread thickly on bread. Stack layers of bread with filling, quartered eggs and smoked salmon. Garnish with parsley leaves and tomatoes.
